Werewolf Protocol — 2021 Recap

The Werewolf Protocol is an exciting combination of decentralized finance and mythology. It is a complete DeFi and NFT ecosystem with a metaverse gamification that integrates the powerful mythological characters of werewolves in all its decentralized finance-based products.

The Werewolf Protocol has grown considerably over time and now is over 28K strong on Twitter and over 14K on Telegram. 2021 has been an extremely successful year for our community and us, and the following year will be bigger. As we move forward towards a bigger and better year, let’s take a quick look at the most prominent achievements so far.

Launches

Werewolf Protocol successfully launched several products this year.

  • DEX

Werewolf DEX was launched earlier on 14th September 2021 with Swap and Pool protocols.

  • P2E Gaming

Werewolf Protocol is preparing for the exciting Play-to-Earn model that will make our FPS game the next big thing in the blockchain gaming space.

  • IBCO

The Werewolf Protocol launched the Werewolf Coin IBCO with the 1st gen WOLF Token on 22nd January. The Initial Bond Curve Offering participants were able to invest ETH on the official website.

  • Moon Farming

The Werewolf Protocol announced the launch of Moon farming for the WWC in harmony with its mythological approach. The protocol offers 12 staking pools representing 12 moons, namely — Wolf Moon, Snow Moon, Worm Moon, Pink Moon, Flower Moon, Strawberry Moon, Buck Moon, Sturgeon Moon, Corn Moon, Harvest Moon, Beaver Moon, and Cold Moon.

  • NFT Minting

The Werewolf Protocol follows a Metaverse approach in which it offers three unique NFT classes — Alpha, Beta, and Omega, representing the hierarchy of a Wolf Pack. Every NFT has unique capabilities and features, making them rare collectibles. Read more about Werewolf NFT here.

  • The Werewolf NFT Marketplace

The Werewolf Protocol launched its NFT Marketplace on 5th August to solve liquidity issues using a traditional approach. The NFT Marketplace has cross-chain interoperability and will allow projects and creators to raise funds through a 30K+ community of enthusiasts.

  • Cross Chain Bridge

The Werewolf Token deployed a blockchain bridge on Binance Smart Chain Network to expand asset freedom for its users earlier this month. Now users can migrate their tokens from Ethereum to Binance Smart Chain and ETL chains.

Partnerships

The Werewolf Protocol made several strategic partnerships this year with the sole purpose of growing the ecosystem and creating more utility for the users.

Northern Warriors

Werewolf Exchange partnered with Northern Warriors to become an associate sponsor and official partner for Abu Dhabi T10 League Season 5.

Token Listing on Coinsbit

The Werewolf Coin was listed on Coinsbit on 26th April 2021 with the initial trading pairs of WWC/BTC, WWC/USDT, WWC/ETH, and WWC/USD. Before the listing, WWC was made available for pre-sale on 5th April 2021, with the minimum buy threshold of 0.25 ETH and maximum buy threshold of 10 ETH.

World Blockchain Summit

Werewolf also participated in the World Blockchain Summit where it connected with regional businesses, government authorities, tech entrepreneurs, investors & blockchain developers.

Conclusion

While 2021 has been a happening and exciting month for the Werewolf Exchange and the community, it is just the beginning. We have several projects in the pipeline that we cannot wait to unveil to our community. Stay tuned!
